Wayapa Wuurrk
Workshops and Classes
An Indigenous earth based wellbeing modality for EVERYONE

Wayapa Wuurrk® is an earth connection practice that is based on ancient Indigenous wisdom that focuses on taking care of  Earth as the starting point for creating Earth Mind Body Spirit well-being recognising we as humans have a deep ancestral connection to care for Earth to ensure Earth can continue to care for us.

This accredited modality uses narrative mindfulness, movement practice and promotes sustainable living to create a space for sharing, yarning and connection to occur and promotes improved sense of well-being, community and supports holistic healing.

Wayapa Wuurrk® is about creating a sustainable, healthy lifestyle but for those just starting, it can be done as a 25 minute physical practice, sitting or standing,  as a narrative meditation to slow down and tune into the stillness of Country.

Wayapa Wuurrk® is a health and wellbeing modality which welcomes EVERYBODY and aligns with our belief at Rainbow Crow Cultural Collective that an Aboriginal world-view has strengths to offer EVERYBODY to live a healthier life through connection to Country and the importance of holistic health practices.

Rainbow Crow Cultural Collective delivers Wayapa Wuurrk weekly on Wednesday via zoom classes with face to face workshops and classes to resume 2022. Individual, small group classes and workshops are also available upon request. Wayapa Wuurrk is also suitable for NDIS clients.
